Good food, good salary, good snacks. We also Party hard when we’re away from work. You walk in, get trained for a short period, perform, move to a higher level in the pyramid, perform and keep moving... up in the Pyramid.

Cons

Unethical employees or those who are not interested in delivering good customer service are weeded out from the system.
