Advice to Management
The working experience throughout the journey with Teamware is very good. However it would have been really great if the leave policy for client facing employees are made more flexible and generous.
I worked at Davidson Recruitment for less than a year
Pros
They always found me interesting temp roles at good, reputable companies. If I was planning to stay in the area it would have helped me get my foot in the door at some good places.
Cons
There was a 1-2 week gap in between contracts, but this may be normal for temping agencies. They were the only one I worked for.
