I worked at Terex

Pros

Good work practices. Very transparent.

Cons

Nothing much is bad here.

Current Employee - Senior Design Engineer

I have been working at Konecranes full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Good working culture -Performance and appetite dependent growth and opportunities -No Boss/Sir culture. Everyone is treated with respect. -Flexible timings -Onsite opportunities if your are... able to deal efficiently with your counter teammates -Lots of events, cultural and sports, round the year

Cons

-Less salary compared to other organizations -Lower increments -Promotion means additional responsibility and title change only; no monetary growth -Redundant work after a few years
