Pros

Family Owned so You have access to decision makers and your input is valued. Morris/Ashley is revitalized and looking to become more and better. It is exciting to be a part of that reinvention and... rejuvenation. Great people and good culture.

Cons

It's retail hours - So many opportunities for growth and only being able to pick 1 or two at a time. So the wait for some changes is frustrating but understandable - Do it once do it right The... computer systems (POS) need some updating
