- Very Stable Company (U.S Private Medicine Producer & Distributor). - No Fear of Recession/Layoff. - Very Good Management and Policies (Employee friendly).

Cons

- This Company prefer to Hire on Contract Basis Rather than hiring Permanent Employee. - Not Much to Learn - This is Very Old, Stable, Private Company, So they run on OLD Technology, Not Much... Innovations, Not Much New Technology. Once your Technology is Decided, You have to do Same work till you Resign.
