Current Employee - Table Games Dealer

I have been working at The Cosmopolitan part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The tips are good. Management is fine. Covid protective measures continue to improve.

Cons

Strange road mapping/scheduling system that assigns games based on employment status ( full/part time), completely ignoring proficiency/game knowledge.

Advice to Management

Allow each shift to make their own road map, use your assets where they are most valuable.
