I worked at The Execu|Search Group

Pros

Great learning experience at the junior and middle level

Cons

Flat structure and growth can be very slow

Current Employee - Sales/Debt Specialist

I have been working at National Debt Relief full-time for less than a year

Pros

Awesome atmosphere! NDR is a fun place to make money while truly helping others. I have sold everything from Mops on the AC Boardwalk to Mortgages in Manhattan and NDR is my favorite. Maybe it's... because I have been around and know what other sales floors and how they are run that makes me greatly appreciate a work environment we have here at NDR.

Cons

Lots of strict policy's

Advice to Management

Value your training and time you put into each employee. Separation should be the absolute last option with an employee. I would like to see a path to redemption if you make a mistake . As a guy... who has been around I value this company , position, my clients and co-workers. National Debt Relief is absolutely a GREAT place to work . NO BS and I'm a real person on the phones and was not asked to write this. (For previous employee posts about the virus... I'm writing this from my home as the entire department was granted permission and encouraged to work from home ) -D.W.
