Featured Review

Former Employee - Recruitment Consultant

I worked at The Oyster Partnership full-time for less than a year

Pros

Oyster truly has the best balance of a lively sales environment and family feel. Having worked for 2 recruitment agencies beforehand I can honestly say that Oyster gives you the best support and... lives its values on fairness and diversity. The AD is the best manager I have ever had. Despite having a large team she always has time for every member. Cannot recommend Oyster enough to anyone who wants to work in recruitment.

Cons

No cons come to mind.
