Former Employee - Section Supervisor

I worked at Trident Media Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

Hiring under graduates on highest salary & their working capabilities.

Cons

Behavior is not good with juniors from seniors.

Advice to Management

Please also listen the new joining that what are the problems they have.

Current Employee - Sustainability Manager

I have been working at Trident Group full-time

Pros

Good package right off the bat, great exposure to learn things which are happening in the sustainability sector, in terms of EHS and compliance for B2B deals. I have learnt a lot during my title... as a sustainability manager here.

Cons

Some people in management are still following the conventional approach to running the business, and hence they get in between the way to provide something to the environment (which is part of my... job), but still that is manageable.

Advice to Management

Openness is needed for new ideas and thinking out of the box.
