My experience so far at Equity has been amazing! The team dynamics and company culture are outstanding and they offer flexibility with the hybrid schedule. The office environment is not just... productive but also great for socializing with coworkers. Might I add that the Chicago office is beautiful as well. The leadership team promotes work-life balance and invests in professional growth. Overall, Equity is a great place to work, and I'm excited about the future here!
