Opportunity for growth Management

Former Employee - Recruiter

I worked at BrightStar Care full-time for more than a year

Pros

Kind, compassionate people who actually care about you and their work.

Cons

Not a lot of upward mobility since it’s a small company. Pay isn’t what it should be by industry standards for my position. Benefits are mixed free healthcare, everything else is low standard
