Former Contractor - Senior Game Tester

I worked at Ubisoft for more than a year

Pros

Good atmosphere Chill Attitude Amazing working hours and great campus

Cons

Low pay scale everything else is good

Former Employee - Senior Designer

I worked at Epic Games full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, bonuses, free lunches, dinners and unlimited vacation. The people are very talented and generally well intentioned.

Cons

A horrible work environment. Leadership is extremely unorganized, employees are undervalued and there is an excess of crunch caused only by indecisive leaders. As a creative, don't expect to feel... fulfilled working here.

Advice to Management

I've already given all the advice I can, and no one wants to hear it.
