Current Employee - Senior Analyst

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Global organization with excellent business growth, Job security, being part of Healthcare itself is good. Employee wellbeing, work life balance, Transport Service.

Cons

I felt No Cons for the company.

Former Employee - Patient Affairs Coordinator Ll

I worked at Houston Methodist full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Values employees, great benefits, provides quality service to patients, yearly bonuses

Cons

Cons would be departmental based. Also, when working in the hospital patients needs come first (over the employees) so getting time off or maintaining work life balance is not easy

Advice to Management

Some managers can be pretty heartless with their employees. After all we are in this field of work to offer hospitality and to make patients feel safe and taken care of. However, that same care is... not always extended to employees (from management)
