Current Employee - Customer Service

I have been working at Valve Corporation full-time for less than a year

Pros

Pay, they help you quickly

Cons

They dont have any so far

Former Employee - Senior Designer

I worked at Epic Games full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, bonuses, free lunches, dinners and unlimited vacation. The people are very talented and generally well intentioned.

Cons

A horrible work environment. Leadership is extremely unorganized, employees are undervalued and there is an excess of crunch caused only by indecisive leaders. As a creative, don't expect to feel... fulfilled working here.

Advice to Management

I've already given all the advice I can, and no one wants to hear it.
