Nice office environment, retention bonus , old company, good place for stall until you are not in demand.
Huge turn over, all good tech left in IT , architects, good developers, project managers, QA lead , even AVP/BSA lead . always fire drilling and short term patch, only mediocre developers or hasn't... been programming for 5 years manager get promoted. already internally decided. skills not matter only those play politics win, obsolete technologies, no capacity, stay here too long no good company will hire you and at their mercy, changes so much can't keep up, only short term or season developers. Low morale
Advice to Management
Get rid of middle management, skill employees matter. pretty soon there will be no good employees to manage. don't treat them like idiots with kids games like toy cars racing or kindergarden... competition.
I worked at CareMore full-time for more than a year
Good benefit package as well as a educational program.
Need new management that is willing to help their employees. Managers and leadership need better communication skills with their staff.

A red flag should arise when you have a high turnover of employees quitting under the same manager.
