Listen to constructive criticism and engage with people with different views this will make the company stronger rather than dismiss anything other than the corporate line and sweep it under the... carpet..... and don’t act surprised when predictable outcomes occur

An integrated agency, their creative portfolio and credentials are inspiring, motivated people who deliver truly business building solutions for clients
Cons
Top management needs to think through completely instead of taking knee jerk actions. They need to listen to employee feedbacks and take decisions based on their understanding and not on ground... realities. They should learn to stay invested in difficult markets to reap the fruits of profitability in medium to long term rather than short term objectives

Listen to people on ground, don't wear chips on your shoulders with a claim of knowing everything about a market
