Featured Review

Current Contractor - Software Engineer

I have been working at Volkswagen Group of America

Pros

Volkswagen is a great place to learn and do what interests you. There's not only mobility laterally into multiple different projects of multiple different technical areas but also vertically. The... people are great and they care about their workers.

Cons

Showcasing your work externally is challenging and they could be more progressive with office culture but the sense that they are trying is there.

Advice to Management

Define clear paths for upward mobility and try to do more to provide resources and help for employees to learn and gather more experience in their journey towards success at the company.

Current Employee - Specialist

I have been working at Audi of America full-time
