Cool perks includin Internet reimbursement , Phone bills reimbursed, Phone handset reimbursd, Free food, Free cabs, Gym and lifestyle costs reimbursd, Medical insurance with full family... coverage , Sick and casual leaves and annual vacation leaves, Lots of rewards and incentives - they also send awesome gift packs home, Incredible new joiner kit,. Basically come to office and work. Everything else is paid for. Open culture , supportive team and manager. Easy to change teams, apply to higher levels and promotions.

Work load increase drastically as your salary and job level go up Late night meetings Difficult to interact with other teams and on site teams
