Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at WellSpan Health full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good benefits including tuition reimbursement. Does not require BSN but if you decide to get it you can pick what school you want to go to and get reimbursed the majority of the expenses.

Cons

Limited opportunities for nurses other then bedside nursing.

Current Employee - Nursing Professional Development Specialist

I have been working at Lancaster General Health full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Focused on the patient experience as well as the employee. Forward thinking, always improving and makes sound decisions for financial stability.

Cons

If looking for maximum clinical opportunities, LGH doesn’t have a surgical NICU or transplant program. And has only 2 physician residencies: Family Health and Trauma
