The amount of scope and the freedom of decision making, also the level of trust shown upon you is tremendous if you show true potential.

Cons

There is a vast mass of mid level managers, who're in their current positions only because of time spent with the organization.

Advice to Management

Please promote the individuals with high caliber and not with higher ability to articulate and higher experience.
