Pros

Worldwide Clinical Trials is a smaller CRO that truly cares for it's employees. The company fosters a family type environment and encourages a positive work/life balance.

Cons

The company does not have all the resources of the larger CROs and this can be frustrating. For example, our CTMS system is not the most user friendly.
