Former Employee - Associate Professional

I worked at Xerox full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good Management Supportive director and managers Good atmosphere Good place to work Career geowth

Cons

No salary raise rest is fine

Advice to Management

Deal individually not as a as multiple teams so that management and director come to know on which part they have to work internally. And one team at a time not all teams together. Rest the people... are good I loved the time I worked there and I still miss every moment I spent there.

Current Employee - Software Developer

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time

Upper management is good. They listen and implement ideas through various surveys.

Cons
