Pros

Good company for students that want to gain experience. The office space is designed with relaxation areas.

Cons

The help in overwhelming work is close to non-existent (only 2 out of 6 managers actually helped their teams)

Advice to Management

Listen more to your executives. They may have solutions to problems that you are not even aware of.
