I worked at YouthBuild USA full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great missions and sincerely dedicated to uplighting and motivating Out of School Youth.

Cons

Tough work....poor upper management

I have been working at Fitbit

Pros

1) super friendly leadership 2) start up , so first hand experience on company growth and structure 3)company philosophy is amazing, their products are popular and you would get to see, the value... of your input

Cons

1) tight work schedule, even though a great work life balance sometimes it can get a bit hectic

Advice to Management

1) to much entrepreneurial experience need to have some structure
