I worked at ZS Associates full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company culture is very awesome and my overall experience has been positive. People are helpful and you get to work on challenging projects. The growth for me as a person was really great at ZS

Cons

The downside that comes with high growth is bad work-life balance and although the management is trying to improve it, it still remains a problem

Advice to Management

The work-life balance improvement is just the one concern for me

I worked at eQ Technologic full-time for more than a year

Pros

Very good company.Every year get handsome increament even if you are average performer.Never review performance ,never retrench anybody.Fantastic company. No need to work from home.Surplus employees... hence little workload. Instean of working in MNC it is better to work here .No work pressure at all.

Cons

very little work load .no new technology .

Advice to Management

Should not retrench employees on performance base.
