Featured Review

Current Employee - Client Success

I have been working at ZeroCater full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- Benefits are fantastic - Employees/Team are wonderful and close-knit - Work/Life Balance - A Voice at the Table - Career Growth Opportunities

Cons

ZeroCater is still very scrappy, and while that is a wonderful way to get your voice heard, and have an impact, it can sometimes lead to misalignment. Overall, I have seen this company grow immensely... over my time, and though there have been challenges, we have risen to those occasions well.

Advice to Management
