I have been working at Biogen full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
As with all companies, Biogen is only as good as the people and I work with some of the most dedicated and capable individuals. There's cohesion within my department, a sense of belonging within the... local office, and a collaborative spirit that drives the work forward. The people here truly care about the patients at the other end of the process.
Cons
Recent product setbacks have been disappointing to everyone, but it's still a remarkably good place to be.
