Rohit, who’s working in the Blockchain CoE in our Digital and Innovation Unit says, "I began understanding the market and business cases of the products we develop by interacting with the stakeholders and the teams building them. My team also helped me with insights into making the right decisions to scale our offerings to be optimized, lightweight, and production-ready, instilling knowledge about real-world product engineering." When you are starting off in your career, a mentor plays a big role. For Rohit, this was Abhinav Guptha, our Associate Vice President of Product, “who assigned me diverse tasks, exposing me to situations I wouldn’t ordinarily face." "A stand-out moment was when I got the opportunity to be a part of German Soto Sanchez's delegation that was involved in discussions with executives who drive our corporate strategy forward," he claimed, adding “I hope these takeaways help me grow and contribute to roles that value me for my identity, personality, and the qualities that I bring to the table."
