Does ABC Technologies have a pension plan?

Location near the 400, and thats basically it

Cons

Harrasments, and pointing fingers from day one. Basically a hostile environment from managers, who some have zero soft skills. Even the pension 4% matching is taken back to company if seniority is less then two years! If someone is over 2 years there he considered a senior, lame. This place is a sad joke.

Advice to Management

Check your sub managers, some doing their job along causing exteme turnover who can compete Tim Hortons. Increase salary as well, slavory is against the law in Canada! Not only masters and .

Even the pension 4% matching is taken back to company if seniority is less then two years!
