Does Accenture offer dental insurance?

Pros

Good health and dental benefits and broadband paid for for working from home

Cons

Operations arm does not pay well since this is a vendor team outsourced to a large IT firm Do not care for the type nor quality of leadership hired as team leads for vendor teams, as long as SLAs are met Team lead always threaten with possiblity that vendor team will be terminated if SLAs or quality levels are not met SLAs are always emphasised over employees welfare, productivity is scrutinised and monitored very closely through monthly numbers and charts High pressure for team to meet TAT, type of work becomes mechanical and routine, minimal to zero quality interaction between team members due to need to meet set target of productivity everyday

Advice to Management

HR needs to take into employees' feedback during exit interviews seriously, as turnover rate is high for vendor teams. Furthermore pay package is much lesser than what competitors are willing to offer

Appraisal system is unclear and subject to whims.

- Diverse range of projects - Enterpreneur mindset - Flat hiererchy compared to Big 4 or MBB - Clients are the largest companies in the world - Focused on innovation and resolving issues in the interface between technology and Business - Opportunities to grow - Benefits package and support on topics such as mental health, diversity, etc.

- Slower pace than other large consultancies - Internal politics of a massive organisation (400k employees around the world) - High degree of commitment required to succeed in a very competitive environment
