Pays well for retail. Professional environment. Nice atmosphere, great coworkers. You can pick the shift, hours and days that best fit you. Good benefits if you’re full time; health, dental, vision insurance. The work requires a great attitude but it’s not stress inducing hard.

Cons

Once in a while your schedule might change if they need you. You may have to adapt to the ways of different managers. They’re easygoing, but different. You need to talk to the right ones regarding time off or personal issues. There’s a lot of online training involved.

HR and upper management took mask wearing way too far. Have to babysit and harrase customers to wear it properly or at all. Been verbally assaulted daily, things thrown at me and my co workers, threatened, followed almost home. When brought to the attention of upper management about something bad is going to happen, she said we are just being paranoid and get over it. They are individually owned, but Ace brand needs to step in immediately!

Your employees are the lifeblood of your business. We deserve respect. Be more observant of who is using your brand.
