Does Advance Financial offer dental insurance?

Pros

My schedule, the customers, and pay was ok compared to most other companies with similar positions.

Cons

Laid off RIF, some managers....some were good though, health and dental benefits weren’t good I spent less just paying doctors as self pay patient and not even mentioning any insurance.

Advice to Management

Rehire or offer positions back

Does Advance Financial assist with or provide work transportation?

Pros

Pay was good. Insurance was paid for by company as an employee

Cons

Hiring process is horrible. Management is very poor, left on shifts at times with no way of taking breaks because managers like taking breaks all day.

Advice to Management

Upper management does not need to come in intoxicated from being on lunch breaks for 2 to 3 hours .

Does Advance Financial offer malpractice insurance?

Pros

I made it out of there

Cons

pay sounds good till they don't give you your full 40 hours insurance sucks it has a $6,500 deductible for just the employee alone. insurance not even cover medicine until you've met your deductible doesn't even give you a discount it is not a family oriented business

Advice to Management

Stop being miserable and trying to make your employees miserable store 104
