Does Allegis Group have a pension plan?

Cons

No one is answering to my questions. Tried through emails, calls but nothing for the last few months. Very disappointing as I have queries about my salary, pension etc. and I feel they abandoned me although my pay check is coming each month.

Does Allegis Group offer parental leave?

Pros

Pre-COVID: Lots of free lunches. Celebrating any achievement.

Cons

Cut throat capitalism. They pay contractors (main revenue stream) as little as possible and bill as much as possible to the client (spread/margin). Allegis Group, TEKsystems, and Aerotek preach caring about people, but really could care less about employees or their contractors. They laid off pregnant women and women coming off paternity leave at the beginning of the pandemic. Good ol' boys and girls club in management. No data driven decision making. Politics rules the organization and operating companies. Hunger games management reviews of individual contributors. Managers are punished for fighting for their people. DO NOT WORK FOR ALLEGIS GROUP! No 401K match, terrible health care, 80% bonus is the best you can ever receive, most get much less. You need to do other people's jobs to be considered a high performer.

Advice to Management

Cut the CEO salary and distribute net profit equally. Nobody needs to make $300 million a year when employees and contractors do everything for the company. Match on 401k and offer company provided health care without a deductible. Pay 100% bonuses for the work people are expected to do. Pay 100%+ for high performers.
