What is the company culture like at Alpha FX?

Pros

If there were any, they wouldn’t be at merit of the business.

Cons

Alpha offers its new employees a spiteful, vindictive and introduction into the world of FX. With its cavalier attitude toward recruitment, poor employee journey and prominent culture of “bullying to succeed” anyone who wishes to pursue a serious, meaningful career in either FX or the Financial Services should avoid this business at all costs. On the bright side, if the relentless hours for little recognition and constant degradation aren’t off putting enough the incestous culture and blatant chauvinism should put anyone off. One could go on, however such an organisation doesn’t deserve the attention for its behaviour. Star rating given as Glassdoor mandate, no other reason. Steer clear.

Advice to Management

Sort yourselves out. You are a disgrace to the FX marketplace.

What is the hiring process like at Alpha FX?

Pros

None, potentially compensation if able to close deal in over commoditized industry

Cons

- faulty hiring process with plenty of white lies and half truths - long hours with lying about it in the interview process. Not 9-6 not even 7-7 because if you don't work on weekend you're not working enough - toxic office culture with no team atmosphere and backstabbing. Either their truth or you are out - most of the negative reviews on glassdoor ARE TRUE - management and small group (about 5) are the only ones really happy with this place and berate the rest of the team - do not try to bring new ides or even worse, question the way things are done (even when they can be improved)

Advice to Management

Hope you realize you have disrupted many talented peoples careers. stop lying and making your marketing team fabricate all this reviews on glassdoor. So be more transparent about your toxic culture before bringing anyone on board
