Pros

Amazon has great benefits such as paying 100% of your tuition if you want to go back to school. The ambiance is really nice, not only are they understanding but they are genuinly concerned with everything and in warehouse such as saftey, social distancing, work envirment ect

Cons

The only downside is the Pay at Amazon. I am a learning ambassador, problem solve and inbound doc worker and get paid $15.50 which is not as bad as some other companies but still not enough for the responsibility i take day to day and even though i have been working there for not to long i was able to climb the ladder quickly in just 2 months

Pays every Friday and the flexible schedule.

No real benefits, just some discount on Amazon products. I got sucked in with the sign on bonus but they are not transparent on how and when they are going to fulfill that . I'll come back after the holiday to report whether they keep their promise and pay us the bonus.

Advice to Management

Be transparent about the bonus. State what the terms and condition are.

The pack rate is high and they don’t keep enough work for u to keep up the pack rate
