Does Amdocs offer massages?
Pros
Good pkg, perks like free food
Cons
Lot of work pressure..Micro management..and hell lot of politics ..but it all depends upon the team and project you get into.. I had the worst exp, and I left as it was soo hard to work under such toxic work env
Advice to Management
Please don not create a pressurizing emv for the emp, give ratings based upon the work, not based upon the polictis..keep the feedback transparent.
