Pros

- Engaging and well-informed application process - Entire company welcoming and supportive of interns and graduates - Pioneers in the industry and always striving to improve - Approachable and considerate leadership - Positive work culture which encourages collaborative working - Great facilities at both Thorpe Wood House and Lancaster House - Generous pay - Direct experience working as an Anglian Water employee

Cons

- IT systems can be slow and temperamental (however IT are usually responsive and keep employers informed when there are major issues)
