Pros

Benefits were good like healthcare

Cons

Management took no care for staff, and there was a complete lack of respect for anyone that wasn't management. Everybody was scared of management because they have a tendency to ignore people's mental health issues, there was no rewards and an ignorance to achievement. They also didn't stick to laws and I was shocked when I saw these things. Would not recommend this company with its fake values.

Pros

Friendly & supportive office. Good pay with opportunities for pay progression, overtime & bonuses. Great perks such as the GEM system. Private healthcare. Happy environment.

Cons

The job itself can be somewhat stressful at times but working within a supportive team helps considerably.
