How are senior leaders perceived at Animal Logic?
Pros
great environment and friendly atmosphere. The company does a lot to make sure its staff are comfortable and looked after. AL participates in a lot of industry events as well as schooling events to talk about the industry and what they do. Great community outreach. Innovative and forward thinking staff who are always willing to help.
Cons
Did notice and have heard some senior managers get away with some disrespectful things, which is shame given so many employees there are great! in my experience, not the best place for career development.
