No pros ever exist in working for such an institute

Cons

Hectic work for peanuts. They literally treat teachers like labour and follow up with deadlines. There is no value or any respect left for teachers in this institute. The salary is very poor and hikes barely exist compared to any other institution i have worked so far. Teachers are treated like cheap labour. Worst work culture and abusive management. Work life balance is pathetic as you will have extended hours of work on regular basis as there are very few teachers. You will literally spoil your health, family, career and peace by joining this institute!!

Pros

The best part of this institution is the politics free enviorenment.The management and the faculties both are very supportive.Best place to work for the freshers.Freshers will get a lot to learn if they will work at least 1 or 2 year in this institution.

Cons

You will not get that much crowd of students where 60 70 studebts used to sit in the class.They used to make batch of 30 35 students.Its good for the students but it will be difficult for the faculties to handle much crowd when they gets used to it. Salary can be a bit better.But yes if you are giving good performance you will get incentives(performance bonus).

Management is very friendly and supportive.
