Atgeir solutions is definitely a great company to work for. In my one year with Atgeir, I have learned more technologies than I would’ve in any other company. Working here for one year for sure will advance your career by 3 years. I have got to work on various technologies in a very short span of time. The leadership team here is very supportive and motivating. My team lead as well as manager have been there constantly to guide me and push me to do better. The work culture here is great too. The best part about Atgeir Solutions is that your health and mental health is given utmost importance. The ‘E’ in Atgeir really does stand for ‘Empathy’. Apart from this, in just a year’s time Atgeir has grown drastically. From being a startup to launching their own data products in such a short span of time. Also, Atgeir became one of the 30 companies who got to host their app in a private preview on snowflake marketplace. So in a gist Atgeir is really doing great and can play a major role in advancing your career. They are very technology driven.

Cons

Sometimes you may have to work a little extra, but then that just adds more things to your skill set. Also, the appreciation that comes after is great. So this doesn’t hurt much to be honest.
