How is management perceived at Augment Systems?

Pros

Good for Freshers only. No benefit for experienced software engineer

Cons

No proper management Average salary No proper software development work Mostly writing work on word and excel Every work comes with limited deadline You can b fired at any time

Advice to Management

Please follow some company rules and ethics

Are employees at Augment Systems generally happy and/or satisfied?

Pros

Great work environment office Work and home life balance, you truly feel valued as an employee. There is a good working environment. People take passion and pride in their craft of work Everyone supports each other. Every day brings a challenge that take on. Everyone is safety first. If you are done learning in your life and just want to work in pretty relaxed manner, there is no other company better than Augment systems. It doesn’t fire its employees often like many other MNC’s. Job security is the at its peak over here, but there is no place to Harami mind and bed headed people. It was a wonderful experience working with Augment Systems. Learning is Good, if you think about learning, then this is the place you'll get maximum exposure towards the work profile you are in.

Cons

according to me and my experience in the augment systems there is no cons it is truly 100%

Advice to Management

Continue being transparent with your employees and giving them updates on the company. Doing so makes it so this business isn't just a job; it's a significant part of employees' lives that they genuinely care about and want to see succeed.

Learning is Good, if you think about learning, then this is the place you'll get maximum exposure towards the work profile you are in.
