Pros
There are some bright and caring people there. It can be fairly easy work. You can easily head down and get stuff done, flexible in most senses.
Cons
you get siloed onto projects and that can be bad. managers rarely last a year. your pay will be a lot below market value. and the market adjustments will never get you near what you should be making.
Advice to Management
What management? Oh, well, to the people left, give better salaries and pay people before they leave you, cause if you can't actually be competitive, you won't last long.
your pay will be a lot below market value.

Pros
Having spent my entire career in the Auto Industry vertical both at a dealership level and the vendor side, there are many positives Autosoft offers specific to this industry: - Incredible work life balance: WFH (even before COVID) and a culture of do what it takes to get a job done as opposed to clock in for x amount of hours. - Excellent benefits for the Industry: 401k Match. Employer paid healthcare. Above industry PTO. A health rewards program that actually pays $$. - Great Comp Plan: if you are looking at a sales role the base/variable plans are very competitive. Naturally in sales the more you succeed the more you make and Autosoft maximizes this while securing their reps with an above industry standard base. -Excellent Management: The regional sales director, who has been at Autosoft for 4.5 years, is constantly looking for ways to help you succeed. There is no micromanagement or manipulative sales management style.
Cons
A few areas of improvement from a single contributor sales prospective being at Autosoft for just under 2 years: - At times the company can overcomplicate things. Whether it be data entry in the CRM, how to go about launching a new module in the product suite, or overall organizational structure. Sometimes less can be more. - Market driven product value: While Autosoft has a rock solid DMS platform there are aspects of the system’s UI that are antiquated. In competitive situations it is harder to charge the same (and sometimes more) than competitors that offer a more modern UI. Sometimes it seems that the departments outside of Sales are unaware of this.
Advice to Management
In my experience with my direct reports and the CEO management has been great. We are so close to unleashing a game changing product and we are all gunna ride that success wave when it comes! Keep it up!
Great Comp Plan: if you are looking at a sales role the base/variable plans are very competitive.
