What are working conditions like at Autosoft?
Pros
- True teamwork atmosphere - everyone is willing to help and achieve goals together - Industry-changing innovation made in the USA - EXCELLENT healthcare & other benefit options - Great opportunities for growth and professional improvement assistance (tuition reimbursement, cross-training etc) - Fully remote organization - Flexible & accommodating scheduling - Management is attentive to employee feedback
Cons
- No office workspace - not a con unless you're averse to remote-only work. - Work can be stressful and very challenging at times, but that can be a positive with the right mindset!
Advice to Management
Continue listening to your employees! This is a HUGE positive that I hope never stops. So few employers actually care about what their employees think and treat them as cogs in the machine. That's a surefire way to lose anyone worth their salt & very negatively impact the organization.
No office workspace
