Salary is commission based, so no fixed salary. If you do not work or get any sales irrespective of the efforts you put in you get zero income. Sales is everything for them but the deadlines and targets are flexible. The leads given to AC 's are fake and sometimes won't even exist.

Should try to give fixed salaries for deserving candidates. Leads given to call customers should be checked and should be correct
