Does BYJU’S Exam Prep offer unlimited holiday?

Pros

1. Salary on time that's it !! 2. Good for freshers

Cons

Here is the list of cons the organization is having: 1. No positive environment, only pressure. 2. They have N number of ways to deduct your salary, if you are not on time then LOP, if you don't complete your KRA then LOP, if you choose to WFH then LOP until leave is applied. 3. No employee friendly policies, they are normalizing culture of staying till 10 PM in the office and you need to give your 24X7 to office only. 4. They don't allow to you take leaves even if you are sick or dead. 5. Incentive structure sucks, they have formulated such policies that makes them getting all the benefit from your hard-work but in return you only gets nuts. 6. Work here if you only want money in exchange of your personal, social or family life

Advice to Management

Trust and support your employees because your employees are the backbone of the organization. If you have expectations from your employees we also do have expectations from you.
