How are senior leaders perceived at Big Spaceship?

Pros

People, snacks, benefits: okay but not great

Cons

The "culture" is sentimental from days when it might have still existed and now is just a disorganized long established company that acts like a start up in bad ways. Core is mostly people who seem to work maybe 35 hours a week for big salaries while the rest work for a lot less but are expected to put in far more than 40 hours per week whenever it's needed. CEO is not a good person.
