Pay is competitive in Production

Very minimal benefits, a failing pension and no company match on the 401k. The "union" at the facility I worked at is very weak and is in the company's back pocket. Work life balance is non existent, and the company refuses to restructure the schedule so employees can have more than 1 weekend off every 5-6 weeks. Hands down the worst company culture I have ever seen in my career of production environments, its appalling.

Engage employees and include them. Treat them and speak to them as they are equal to you as a human being. Maybe something to include family. Employee recognition and benefits that will provide for employee's futures.

Long hours without overtime pay

Paid mileage, higher hourly rate than competitors(only about $0.50 more).

Terrible hours, no PTO, sick days, healthcare or any other benefits, kept me at just below full time hours purposely, only promoted those who had family within the company, expected too much from lower level employees and did not hold their upper level employees to the same standard, condescending to staff, no raises, lack of communication, only hire through temp agencies.

Completely rethink how you do things.

Great work environment, flexible time, support from management, college tuition, great benefits, company car, and cell phone.

Long hours, some unrealistic sales goals, too many conference calls and meetings.
