- Decent health insurance - Better pay among mid cap range. - Good training schedule and platform. This include Learning on demand as well. - Emphasis is on learning - Mostly allocated to single project.

- HR and Admin department not good. - Not much involvement and information on future project(s), decision making etc.

There is need of better reach towards employees and should push beyond just distributing emails.

Good work life balance if your manager approves. You can get good salary if your client interview has gone well.

Nothing to learn. Moved to new building but not much facilities provided for employees. No employee friendly policies. Not much projects .Small and support projects only. 2-3% annual hike .Worst in the industry. Unskilled senior managers . Everyone just saving their jobs. Only CEO is trying to save this company. Worst cafeteria, no gym ,no trainings, no on-site opportunities . No cabs in shifts only single side is provided After 9pm. Very low shift allowance . No growth opportunities for employees.

Change top management .Hire sales team from some good companies and get some good projects. Upskill employees by providing trainings in new techs otherwise company can not grow with average techs and low skill employees. Put some good employee friendly policies like medical and on-site projects . Annual average increment should be in 8-15% range atleast not 2-3% .Never seen in any organisation in my career.
