Interesting work. Good pay and benefits. Strong culture. Open leadership. Committed to helping customers from customer service professionals to senior leaders.

Cons

Older employees (55+) don't get the same attention in hiring, promotion and development. Our skills are welcomed, but we rarely advance. Dilemma is that if you stay in an individual role long enough your pay will be capped, and you will no longer qualify for raises.

You will be pigeon-holed and no matter how many new skills you learn you will never go anywhere.

Stop stifling people. Give them an opportunity to do other things. Don't let managers dictate their team members future.
